Una Dianne Cochran
I grew up in Hood River County, although I have moved around, I have always considered the Gorge to be my home.
I moved back to the area in 2002 and settled in The Dalles in 2006.
In 2014 I decided to open Zensational Salon.
I wanted a place where all my guests felt welcome and relaxed when they came in, and I wanted to offer a healthier environment, products and services while still providing the chemical services my guests want and need.
I pride myself in listening to what my client's hair goals are and doing my best to provide them with want they want. I'm not scissor happy unless you are sure you want a lot off.
I have taken many classes over my years behind the chair and I'm good at helping you find a cut that suits your face shape and lifestyle, or color that suits your skin tone.
Feel free to bring pictures of what you like, and we can take it from there
I love doing cuts, color, perms and smoothing treatments, but my specialty is color, especially for grey coverage.

On my time off I enjoy rock-hounding, collecting crystals, hiking & camping in the summer months, so if you know any great places do share, I will do the same :)
I also love making jewelry and sell some in the salon, and reading, so if you are reading something you love, I'd love to hear about it. Oh, and dancing, this girl LOVES to dance.

Alex Cochran

Alex moved to The Dallles in 2019 to come work with his mom and also started teaching at the Gorge Academy.
Alex is fun and outgoing, I don't think has ever met a stranger. lol He is easy to talk to and always has a list of good shows to watch on Netflix.
Alex will take the time necessary to get you looking your best, he is our resident blonding specialist, but is great at cuts, color, and smoothing treatments AND he does amazing blow-outs, he is also great with curly hair.
If you want somene who will entertain you during your service Alex is your man.

On his days off you might find him at one of the local bars out socializing, During the summers its camping, concerts, & paddleboarding.

Brandi Boehme
Brandi joined our team in January of 2021.She had previously worked in California and on the Oregon Coast, where she also owned and operated a beauty school and salon
Brandi is outgoing and energetic and is just fun to be around.
If you like someone to explain what they are doing and why Brandi is your girl. She is great at cutting and coloring and is pretty quick with her foiling techniques. and she is great at teaching you how to work with your hair.
In her off time Brandi loves socializing, camping, rock-hounding & Karaoke. ( she is our resident singer, so don't be surprised if she busts out a tune during your service )
